Why is the chicken essence production line always stable? The vibration motor throws to produce vibration force, and the material jumps under the vibration force in the given direction. At the same time, the hot air input under the bed makes the material in a fluidized state, and the material particles fully contact with the hot air, greatly reducing energy consumption, inter-particle wear and dust entrainment.
The hot air in the chicken essence production line exchanges heat up with wet materials through a fluidized bed. The wet air is discharged through the cyclone separator, and the dry material is discharged through the outlet. Fully enclosed structure is adopted to effectively prevent cross infection between materials and external air and clean the working environment.
