Our equipment is composed of air filter, heater, host, hopper car, ash cleaning room connecting air duct, fan, muffler, etc. It is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, food, feed and other fields, and is used for drying wet particles and powder materials. The air filter is composed of primary, medium and high efficiency filters, which can reach 100000 levels of purification. The heater is composed of φ 18 * 2 SUS304 steel pipe is wrapped with aluminum fins. Its heat transfer is fast, it does not rust, and its service life is long. The main machine adopts negative pressure vacuum feeding method, without material accumulation. High-pressure pulse anti-blowing cloth bag method is adopted for ash cleaning, which is more thorough. The silencer can reduce the fan noise and effectively improve the working environment.
